Online Payment Methods

We offer the following secure online payment methods through our webshop:

Bank Transfers

We also accept payment by bank transfer. All payments must be sent to the following bank account:

Important: Please enter your order number as the payment title or reference. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

This allows us to identify the payment and apply it to the correct order without delay.

Standard Payment Terms

Unless a credit account has been separately approved by Liontek Ltd in writing, payment for goods is due in full at the time the order is placed, or in cleared funds before despatch.

For all non-credit orders, goods will not be despatched until payment has been received in full as cleared funds.

No payment is treated as received until Liontek Ltd has received cleared funds.

Credit Accounts

Where Liontek Ltd has agreed credit terms with the buyer, payment must be made within 30 days of the date of the Company’s invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Time for payment is of the essence.

All payments must be made in full, without any deduction, set-off, counterclaim, discount, or withholding.

Late Payments

If payment is overdue, interest may accrue at 5% above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank plc, calculated daily, both before and after judgment.

Liontek Ltd may also claim statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Overdue payments may result in the suspension of further deliveries, subject to written notice.

All outstanding payments become immediately due if the contract is terminated.

Prices, VAT & Ownership

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added to the invoice at the prevailing rate.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Ownership of the goods does not pass to the buyer until Liontek Ltd has received payment in full, in cash or cleared funds, for the goods and any other amounts due.

Until ownership passes, the buyer holds the goods as Liontek Ltd’s fiduciary agent and bailee.

Warranty Condition

Liontek Ltd has no liability under warranty if the total price for the goods has not been paid by the due date.
