Industrial Building in Sandwich Panels
FRAME
- Free-standing frame construction in hot-dip galvanized steel. Calculated according to Eurocode or, alternatively, supports with foot and top plate and saddle trusses.
- Roof slope 5-15 degrees.
- Arch distance 3-6m depending on snow zones and wind loads.
- Gate entrance.
ROOF
- Self-supporting TRP 128, PIR Insulation 120 mm.
- Moisture barrier.
- Roofing felt.
- Energy value: 0.18.
- Fire rating: EI30.
- The design includes lifeline brackets, roof drainage with downpipes and gutters, all of which are adapted and complete with fastenings.
- The roof drainage can be delivered in white, black or alu-zinc at no extra cost.
WALLS
- Walls in 80-120 mm sandwich panels with details such as ridge, wind and foot plates with all fastenings included.

INSTALLATION
- We deliver turnkey ready.
- All documentation, including construction schematics, floor and façade elevations, as well as the final covering, are included in the price. Can be installed on gravel, asphalt, plinth or concrete foundations.

- We work with all well-known door suppliers that meet Hallgruppen’s high standards. Roof sliding doors, folding doors, metal roller doors, etc.
